Paul is a shareholder in the Levin Legal Group. Paul joined the firm in 2010 as an experienced litigator having handled all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters in various state and federal trial and appellate courts. Paul was employed by the Law Department of the City of Philadelphia, KPMG (Philadelphia), and a Philadelphia law firm where he represented his clients in various aspects of state and local tax matters and commercial litigation.
A large part of Paul’s practice involves representing school districts and intermediate units in the federal and state courts (trial and appellate levels) and administrative agencies in matters relating to education law, employment and civil rights litigation, construction litigation, and municipal liability issues. He also represents the firm’s clients in transactional matters, including the negotiation and preparation of transportation contracts, commercial contracts, and construction contracts. In addition, Paul represents school districts before the Commonwealth’s Charter School Appeal Board and appellate courts on charter school related matters.
